[Hiring] Administrative Trainer @OpenEd

Role Description

The Administrative Trainer is a member of the Learning Division Administrative team with a division-wide training responsibility. This role reports to the administrative team and will train and support employees across all teams within the Learning Division.

• Learn established SOPs, processes, and systems to an expert level.
• Translate SOPs into clear and engaging training experiences.
• Assess whether team members can successfully apply what they have learned.
• Identify areas where processes are unclear or ineffective.
• Create and maintain engaging training materials and resources.
• Support the Learning Division with administrative responsibilities during lower hiring volume.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and exceptionally comfortable with technology.
• Patient, personable, and energized by helping others learn.
• Able to master complex processes and communicate them clearly.
• Recognize when a training issue may be a process or documentation issue.

Requirements

• Develop strong working proficiency in software platforms required by the Learning Division.
• Primary tools include Google Workspace, Notion, HubSpot, Linear, Vector, the OpenEd Platform, and Metabase.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research and administrative efficiency.
• SQL knowledge and video editing skills preferred.
