Full Sail University’s Instructional Design and Technology Master of Science program provides students with a hands-on, project-based experience focused on research, learning theories, curriculum development, instructional design processes, and media asset creation. Students develop, design, and produce engaging instructional content using a variety of software applications for corporate training and academic environments as they simultaneously develop their writing, time management, and team-building skills.

Candidates for this position must be well-versed in graphic design, writing, and instructional design theories and practice. Professional experience in creating interactive media, podcasts, instructional video, and educational games is preferred. This position is part-time, working no more than 20 hours per week, online, and must be resident in the state of Florida.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four (4) years related and verifiable work experience in instructional design for corporate training environments and electronic media asset creation.
  • Doctorate degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development or Higher Education required, or a related terminal degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in appropriate subject areas.
  • Association for Talent Development certification or being a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance preferred.

  • May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
