Role Description

To provide systems administration, such as implementation, management/operation support, and technical expertise for assigned systems, including:

• Provisioning
• Installing
• Configuring
• Tuning
• Operating
• Maintaining systems hardware/software-related infrastructure

Provide technical research, system planning, and improvement to enable continuing innovation within infrastructure and technical services.

Remote work permitted 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the following:
• AWS services (Elastic Kubernetes, Elastic Cache, Aurora RDS, Lambda, Neptune, EC2, EMR)
• Observability services (Dynatrace Synthetic, Grafana, Sumo Logic, Glassbox)
• Linux networking and databases
• Docker Containers
• Microservices
• Apache, Tomcat servers
• WebSphere
• Jenkins
• Bitbucket
• Artifactory
• ServiceNow
• Current or expired AWS, Unix, ITIL, Glassbox, Observability, and Red Hat certifications required
