Role Description

As Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our integrated technology ecosystem. This role requires both technical expertise and a strategic mindset to ensure seamless operations across our digital platforms. You'll work primarily remotely with a professional home office setup and reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our complete technology stack, including documentation, CRM, support systems, and infrastructure platforms
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability across all systems
• Oversee user access management and permission structures
• Provide technical support and training to team members
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures
• Monitor system performance and optimize where necessary
• Coordinate with vendors and manage technical relationships

Required Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of cloud-based services and SaaS platforms
• Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel)
• Knowledge of customer support platforms (Zendesk)
• Proficient in documentation and knowledge management systems (Notion)
• Understand donation processing systems and financial technology
• Experience with email server management
• Proficient with APIs for system integration and data exchange
• Familiar with hosting and infrastructure management
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements

Required Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proactive approach to system maintenance and optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in systems administration
• Experience with educational technology platforms
• Knowledge of AI integration and implementation
• Experience with community management platforms
• Background in inventory management systems
