Role Description

We are currently seeking a Windows System Administrator to work for our company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator.

Requirements

• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government IT-I / IT-II / SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance.
• Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies.
• Working experience with Microsoft Server 2016, or newer.
• Working experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services (MIIS -or- IIS) version 10 or newer.
• Working experience with Microsoft Active Directory server role.
• Working experience with setup, maintaining, and making recommendations to improve web application environments.
• Working experience providing support for emergency troubleshooting issues, critical project support, and web application monitoring.
• Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues.
• Provide recommendations on technological direction to align with business vision.
• Will be required to provide both local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems deployed at more than one location.
• Support includes general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and hosting concepts to include Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle OCI.
• Performs vulnerability management.
• Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferences

• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows IIS applications in Cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working with public key infrastructure (PKI) and SSL certificates.
• Knowledge of DoD Information Assurance practices, including Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG).
• Experience with ITSM “HelpDesk” ticketing systems.
