[Hiring] System Administrator @turbo

Role Description

We are currently looking for a System Administrator to help us ensure the stability, efficiency, and smooth performance of our systems 🚀

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for internal users (macOS / Windows)
• Manage hardware inventory, procurement, and setup of new devices
• Operational administration of Google Workspace, Slack, and 1Password
• Support and maintain Proxmox / Linux servers following runbook
• Provide basic administration for Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Monitor system performance, handle alerts, and perform software updates
• Manage DNS records, domain renewals, and Cloudflare settings

Nice to have:

• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Bash, Python)
• Experience configuring MDM systems (Mosyle, Kandji, Intune, etc.)
• Jira Automation/Slack API integrations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator
• Proven ability to work with both SaaS services and server-side infrastructure
• Hands-on experience supporting macOS / Windows environments
• Accuracy and discipline in managing hardware, inventory, and software licenses
• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support with strong technical depth
