Role Description
We are seeking a hands-on Practice Architect β Level 2 to lead the design, build, and scale-out of cloud-native platforms and reliability-driven solutions across AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with strong grounding in SRE principles and a working understanding of agentic platform concepts. This role is not advisory-only. The Practice Architect Level 2 is expected to be deeply hands-on, able to mentor offshore teams, build reference implementations, and rapidly take solutions from concept to market.
The Practice Architect II will operate at the intersection of platform engineering, reliability engineering, and emerging agentic architectures, enabling global delivery teams to execute at speed while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability and operational maturity.

Kubernetes platforms (EKS, GKE)
-
Hybrid and multi-cloud enterprise deployments
-
Remain hands-on with architecture validation, PoCs, and complex customer implementations.
-
Reliability Engineering & SRE Excellence
-
Lead platform design using SRE-first principles, including:
-
SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and reliability trade-off decisions
-
Incident response models, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement loops
-
Ensure platforms are designed for:
-
High availability, resilience Engineering concepts
-
Operational simplicity and supportability by global teams
-
Partner with SRE and operations teams to define operational readiness standards, runbooks, and escalation models.
-
Agentic Platform Concepts & Solution Enablement
-
Bring a strong conceptual and architectural understanding of agentic systems, including:
-
Agent-based workflows and orchestration models
-
Autonomous and semi-autonomous decision-making patterns
-
Human-in-the-loop controls, guardrails, and observability
-
Guide teams on how agentic concepts integrate with:
-
Cloud platforms and Kubernetes
-
Reliability engineering and operational controls
-
Enterprise security and governance requirements
-
Mentor offshore teams to develop agent-enabled platform capabilities and accelerate solution development and go-to-market timelines.
-
Translate emerging agentic patterns into practical, enterprise-ready architectures rather than experimental prototypes.
-
Platform Engineering & Automation
-
Stay hands-on with:
-
Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
-
Kubernetes lifecycle management (provisioning, upgrades, scaling)
-
CI/CD and GitOps-based platform delivery (Helm, pipelines, automation)
-
Guide the development of reusable platform components, accelerators, and templates to improve delivery speed and consistency.
-
Review and approve designs for shared platform services (networking, identity, security, ingress, secrets).
-
Global Delivery Leadership & Mentorship
-
Lead and mentor offshore and distributed global teams, ensuring:
-
Architectural consistency
-
High engineering standards
-
Clear ownership and accountability
-
Actively participate in code, design, and architecture reviews.
-
Bridge gaps between architecture, delivery, and operations, ensuring solutions are executable in real-world client environments.
-
Practice Growth & Speed to Market
-
Drive solution incubation, from idea β reference architecture β implementation β market-ready offering.
-
Enable faster client onboarding through standardized patterns and pre-built assets.
-
Support pre-sales, solutioning, and technical validation when required, without losing hands-on depth.
-
Balance innovation with stability, ensuring platforms can scale operationally across multiple clients.
