[Hiring] Sr. Core Systems Administrator @SOUTHEAST BANK

Role Description

BASIC FUNCTION:

• Advanced knowledge of the DNA Core Platform
• Advanced Banking experience in Systems and Back Office (Batch) Operations (Front End and Back Office)
• General knowledge of Deposit & Lending Operations
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Partners with staff and developers to solve business challenges through technology solutions

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Works with SMEs and business operations to ensure that the batch operations align with the requirements of the business
• Review software release notes along with Business Solutions Architects and take the appropriate actions needed to adjust processes and parameters in batch operations to align with current release functionality and business requirements
• Assist with the setup and testing of new products, services, and third-party integrations that require batch operations to execute technology solutions
• Manage internal and external helpdesk tickets and be a liaison between our business and external vendors
• Superior ability to influence team members, foster close working relationships, facilitate meetings and follow-up with action items
• Monitor and analyze batch operations data in an effort to proactively keep the system fine-tuned and operating at maximum efficiency
• Work with internal IT and Database teams to streamline and monitor day-to-day operations
• Work with leadership to develop and document operational procedures

Qualifications

• Critical thinking is a must
• Must be flexible and willing to adapt to ever-changing business needs
• Excellent communication skills needed to share data with business owners
• SQL Skills and understanding of the DNA Core Database Tables/Functionality
• Strong background in batch operations and general system management
• Strong knowledge of lights out automation software

Requirements

• 10+ Years of Banking Experience with a concentration in Systems Administration
• Ability to coordinate with development teams and business owners to ensure testing times align with project goals
• Ability to communicate clearly to team, written and oral, regarding testing results
• Familiarity with building test plans/scenarios
