Role Description

Highly Skilled Professional with people management skills along with technical skills to perform duties related to:

• Installation, administration and maintenance of the SQL/Oracle database instances.
• Documenting major changes to the database servers.
• Responsible for comprehensive databases performance review and tuning.
• Technical & Application Database related Production Support.
• Understanding, adoption, and adherence to IT Service Management standards in an ITIL framework, including incident management, release management, change management, and quality assurance standards.
