Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator.

• Provides all activities related to the administration of database schemas and their objects.
• Projects long-range requirements for database schema administration and design in conjunction with Infrastructure DBAs in the information systems function.
• Designs, creates, and maintains databases schemas in a client/server environment.
• Conducts quality control and auditing of database schemas in a client/server environment to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data and permissions.
• Advises users on access to various client/server databases.
• Designs, implements, and maintains complex database schema objects with respect to user requirements, access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods.
• Applies knowledge and experience with database technologies, development methodologies, and front-end programming languages (e.g., SQL).
• Performs database programming and supports systems design.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing, six of which are specialized in numerous specialized Information Processing disciplines involving a range of hardware/software solutions.
• Four years of concentrated, hands-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software.
• Certifications:
