[Hiring] Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer @Miratech

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer with hands-on experience in GitHub Enterprise migrations and complex CI/CD environments. The project involves an enterprise-scale migration of 2,000+ GitHub repositories between GitHub environments, including CI/CD automation and dependent infrastructure. The engineer should be capable of independently participating in:

• Discovery
• Migration design
• Automation
• Pilot migration
• Migration waves
• Cutover
• Validation
• Rollback
• Stabilization activities

This role requires strong experience with:

• GitHub Enterprise administration
• Repository migrations
• GitHub Actions
• CI/CD architecture
• Terraform
• AWS infrastructure
• Kubernetes/EKS
• Jenkins
• Automation tooling

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering, with significant recent GitHub and CI/CD experience
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Organization administration
• Proven experience with GitHub repository migrations, preferably at enterprise scale
• Advanced hands-on experience with GitHub Actions
• Experience with GitHub runners and workflow migration/reconfiguration
• Experience with GitHub permissions, environments, variables, and secrets
• Experience with OIDC configuration
• Experience with GitHub Apps, webhooks, and OAuth integrations
• Strong experience with Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD architecture and migration
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS EKS and AWS infrastructure
• Experience with Jenkins
• Strong scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, or equivalent technologies
• Experience participating in discovery, migration design, automation, pilot migration, migration waves, cutover, validation, rollback, and stabilization activities

Requirements

• Experience with migration projects involving hundreds or thousands of repositories (Nice to Have)
• Experience with GitOps and FluxCD (Nice to Have)
• Experience with AWS CodeBuild (Nice to Have)
• Experience with Git submodules and complex repository dependencies (Nice to Have)
• Experience with SSO/identity migration and migration tooling (Nice to Have)
