Role Description

Our Systems team at Arise is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will report into the Director, Data, AI and Engineering and will help develop and implement controls and processes to better manage the systems across Arise and will be a key member of AWS Cloud Migration initiative. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to drive tasks to completion independently, and able to learn new skills on the job as project requirements expand. Our team’s mission is to envision, build and deploy the next generation of Cloud platform for data ingestion, processing, storage, and analysis at scale. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and design considerations
• Three years of experience in BASH, Python scripting, etc.
• 10 years of experience with Python and Terraform
• Certification in AWS and Azure
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, creative thinking and design skills
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
