Role Description

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and oversee CI/CD pipelines with current toolsets covering applications and infrastructure as code, encompassing automated build/release pipelines, code quality reviews, unit/integration/functional testing embedded in pipelines, and PowerShell scripting for automating custom tasks.
• Oversee and provide support for client cloud environments.
• Guide customers on the technical elements of installation, sizing, and scalability.
• Assist development teams by answering technical questions related to continuous integration and delivery.
• Establish monitoring systems and enhance cost/performance efficiency with senior team guidance.
• Handle the complete release and support lifecycle in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years in a relevant professional role.
• Proven ability to configure, maintain, and resolve issues within cloud-based production environments running Windows or Linux.
• Hands-on experience with CloudFormation/Terraform for infrastructure as code and resource provisioning automation using AWS CLI.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (EC2, RDS, VPC, S3, Lambda, Route 53, IAM, ELB).
• Familiarity with load balancers, DNS, virtual networks, and firewalls within cloud computing environments.
• Capability to configure monitoring solutions, including performance metrics, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Prior work with SNS, SQS, or comparable messaging services.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS IAM, covering authentication and role-based access control implementation.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure as code, including automated pipelines, quality checks, integrated testing, and PowerShell-based automation.
• Solid grasp of Git and associated branching strategies.
• Prior exposure to Agile methodologies (such as Scrum or Kanban) within a team setting.
• Capacity to produce clear documentation of completed work.
• A strong customer focus paired with diligence, initiative, and commitment to meeting client business goals.
• Strong collaborative skills when working alongside teammates.
• English language proficiency at a B2+ level.

Requirements

• Experience in Cloud Native Development using .NET, Python, Java, Groovy, or Bash.
• Relevant cloud certifications to demonstrate expertise.
• Hands-on skills with various CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Working knowledge of both Windows and Linux systems.
• Exposure to an additional cloud platform beyond AWS, such as GCP.
