Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes to help drive our infrastructure and deployment strategy. If you have experience designing and implementing scalable and reliable large-scale solutions, while prioritizing secrets management and developer experience, we want to hear from you!
- Architect, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Design and optimize Kubernetes clusters for reliability and high performance
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance automation and deployment speed
- Lead secrets management, security best practices, and compliance efforts
- Collaborate with an international team to design and implement large-scale solutions
- Improve developer workflows by enhancing deployment processes and observability
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and improve infrastructure resilience
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in AWS (IAM, networking, ECS, EKS, Lambda, etc.)
- Deep Kubernetes experience (Helm, Operators, scaling, troubleshooting)
- Proficiency with IaC (Terraform as main)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of secrets management tools
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in cloud environments
- Experience in designing and implementing large-scale, highly available solutions
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in an international team
- A mindset focused on automation, efficiency, and developer enablement
Requirements
- Experience with Observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Scripting and automation (Python, Go, Bash, etc)
