[Hiring] Senior DevOps Consultant @Elsight

Role Description

We're looking for a battle-tested DevOps expert to join our new business unit as a part-time consultant on an ongoing basis.

• Mentor our internal DevOps team, helping them level up through real work.
• Review our infrastructure and architecture decisions and help us plan how to execute.
• Be a trusted second opinion when we're facing a fork in the road.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps/infrastructure with significant hands-on Kubernetes in production (large scale, networking, operators).
• Experience in dealing with incidents, scaling events, and architectural decisions.
• Based in Israel and comfortable working on an invoice/freelance basis.
• Clear communication skills and enjoyment in teaching others.
