[Hiring] Senior Cloud Architect @Look4IT Sp. z o. o. (KRAZ: 7880)

Role Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Architect to support enterprise multicloud initiatives and mentor DevOps teams.

• Coordinate architecture across Network, Security, Identity, AI Platform, and Delivery teams;
• Drive architectural decisions and maintain ADRs;
• Design and maintain multicloud reference architectures and deployment patterns;
• Review Terraform, AVM modules, and policy-as-code implementations;
• Mentor DevOps Engineers and support delivery teams;
• Translate architecture decisions into delivery-ready implementation patterns;
• Support stakeholder communication and solution proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise cloud architecture and production deployments;
• Deep expertise in Azure or AWS, with practical experience in the second cloud;
• Proven experience with Azure Landing Zones / CAF and AWS Control Tower / LZA in real production rollouts;
• Strong Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code delivery experience at production scale;
• Experience working in multi-team IaC environments, including code review, governance, and ADR-driven delivery;
• Experience mentoring DevOps and engineering teams;
• Cloud-agnostic mindset with experience working across multicloud environments and cross-cloud integrations;
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to lead discussions across engineering teams, architects, and executive stakeholders.
