    • Mentor and develop junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
    • Work closely with engineering leadership and product management to drive DevOps roadmaps and technical decision-making.
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring DevOps best practices are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

    • Assist in the acquisition and risk assessment, procurement, and evaluation of new vendor and product selections.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
    • Evaluate and introduce emerging DevOps technologies to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability.
    • Drive cost optimization initiatives in AWS through FinOps strategies.
    • Research and evaluate new DevOps tools and technologies to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and CI/CD automation.
  • Expert-level knowledge of AWS services (IAM, EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC, Route 53).
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and HashiCorp Vault.
