[Hiring] JIRA ADMIN SUPPORT @Zensar

Role Description

• System Administration: Configure Jira schemes (projects, workflows, fields, screens, permissions) and perform routine maintenance.
• Customization & Automation: Develop scripts (e.g., Groovy) for automating tasks and enhancing functionality.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor system performance, resolve user issues, and manage integrations with tools like Confluence or Bitbucket.
• Training & Best Practices: Provide support, conduct workshops, and document procedures for users.
• Upgrades & Security: Patch systems, perform migrations, and ensure data security.
