Role Description
The Java + Basic DevOps Engineer is the primary L2 resolver for complex application incidents across the operations platform (fleet/routing) and driver management queues. This role handles issues that require code-level investigation, configuration changes, or deployment actions β escalated from L1 when KB articles are insufficient. Basic DevOps competency is required to support CI/CD pipelines, server-level operations, and AWS serverless infrastructure troubleshooting.
