Role Description
Weβre looking for an IT Engineer (Contractor) to strengthen our day-to-day IT Infrastructure and service operations. This role focuses on execution, reliability, and operational ownership. Youβll act as a dependable escalation point for complex issues, maintain core systems, and improve workflows that reduce manual effort and increase service quality. This is a hands-on role where success is measured by stability, responsiveness, and the ability to keep systems running smoothly while improving how work gets done.

Act as an escalation point for IT Support, resolving complex incidents and requests while ensuring SLOs and OLAs are met

Maintain and administer core SaaS platforms including Okta, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Intune

Execute and improve user lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, access management)

Support and optimize Jira Service Management workflows, SLAs, and asset data

Maintain accuracy of asset and license data across systems such as Torii, Jamf, and Firstbase

Monitor system health and perform regular maintenance, updates, and improvements

Deliver small-to-medium changes, configuration updates, and improvements with a focus on low risk and clear communication

Create and maintain clear, structured documentation in Notion for support processes and runbooks

Analyze support trends and ticket data to identify friction and propose practical improvements

Implement workflow improvements and automation to reduce repetitive tasks

Support the preparation of systems and documentation for AI-assisted IT workflows
Qualifications

Experience in Corporate IT, Internal IT, or Systems Engineering in a SaaS or technology company

Strong experience with identity and access management (Okta or similar)

Experience managing endpoints, ideally macOS environments with Jamf (and/or Intune for Windows)

Experience administering SaaS tools such as Google Workspace and Atlassian

Solid ITSM foundations (incident, request, and change management)

Experience working with service desk platforms, ideally Jira Service Management

Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoints, and SaaS applications

Experience improving workflows through automation, integrations, or process improvements

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

A structured, reliable approach to operational work and ownership of outcomes
Requirements

Experience optimizing Jira Service Management (workflows, SLAs, asset schemas)

Experience with HRIS integrations (e.g., HiBob to Okta) and user lifecycle design

Familiarity with documentation frameworks in tools like Notion

Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and integrations
-
Experience improving asset management, endpoint hygiene, or SaaS governance
-
Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or automation in IT environments
