Role Description

Votre futur poste : Ingénieur(e) Administration Infrastructure. Rejoignez notre centre de compétences Infra, Sécurité & Cloud, basé à Toulouse, pour relever des défis techniques passionnants dans un environnement innovant et stimulant.

  • Support Applicatif et Maintenance
    • Assurer le maintien en condition opĂ©rationnelle (MCO) des applications critiques.
    • DĂ©ployer des correctifs et des nouvelles versions des applications.
    • RĂ©aliser les vĂ©rifications nĂ©cessaires (delivery check) pour les binaires et les colis applicatifs avant leur dĂ©ploiement.
  • Gestion des Incidents
    • Analyser les logs et les stack traces pour identifier et rĂ©soudre les problèmes.
    • Effectuer des recherches dans Active Directory (AD) et les bases de donnĂ©es pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer des informations pertinentes.
    • Suivre le cycle de vie des incidents sur ServiceNow : crĂ©ation, suivi et clĂ´ture des tickets.
  • Documentation et Formation
    • RĂ©diger et maintenir Ă  jour des documents techniques sur Confluence.
    • Former les nouveaux arrivants pour les rendre rapidement opĂ©rationnels.

Qualifications

  • Bac+5 (Ă©cole d’ingĂ©nieurs ou Master en informatique)
  • 5 ans minimum en administration infrastructure et en support applicatif niveau 2
