[Hiring] Head of Devops @Sweedpos.com

Role Description

We’re looking for a Head of DevOps to lead our DevOps team and drive the development and implementation of scalable, efficient, and secure infrastructure solutions.

• Optimize our CI/CD pipelines
• Oversee cloud infrastructure management
• Ensure high system performance and reliability
• Manage vendor relationships and drive cost optimization
• Foster continuous improvement across all DevOps processes and practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of team leadership experience, managing at least 5 DevOps Engineers
• Experience in operational management, including the establishment of annual team goals
• Strong experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management
• Understanding of security best practices in DevOps
• Proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2

Requirements

• Lead a team of up to 10 DevOps Engineers
• Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy
• Oversee the optimization and management of cloud infrastructure
• Establish and maintain monitoring and logging systems
• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams
• Monitor and optimize the performance of applications and infrastructure
• Oversee incident management and troubleshooting
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of DevOps processes
• Manage relationships with third-party services and vendors
• Manage the budget for DevOps infrastructure and tools
