[Hiring] DevOps Support Engineer @Remote World

Role Description

You'll monitor production infrastructure, respond to alerts, support deployments, and help developers work faster by improving pipelines and tooling. You'll work in a small DevOps team and own your own set of services and responsibilities.

• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts and incidents
• Support CI/CD pipelines and help teams deploy reliably
• Write runbooks and document infrastructure as code
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to pipeline performance
• Work with developers to troubleshoot environment and deployment issues

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Linux and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Comfortable with CI/CD tools — GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.
• Scripting ability in Bash or Python for automation tasks
• Calm under pressure and methodical when debugging incidents

Requirements

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (Nice to have)
• Familiarity with Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure as code (Nice to have)
• Any cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, etc.) (Nice to have)
