Role Description
Through advanced microscopy solutions, we help researchers and innovators illuminate the unseen. This role is responsible for the hands-on deployment, commissioning, configuration, and ongoing operational support/reliability of Evident Digital Pathology's Linux-based infrastructure deployed at customer sites.
You will work directly with customers' IT teams, coordinate with a global engineering team, and maintain the reliability of Evidentβs systems that pathologists and lab operators depend on for patient care. This role requires a person that can work with multiple levels of customers from the users to executives but also have the ability to be deeply technical.

Technical Field Deployment and Product Commissioning
-
Remotely commission new Evident Digital Pathology product nodes at customer sites following established deployment standards.
-
Configure network settings, remote access, storage mounts, and system services to meet diverse customer environment requirements.
-
Interface directly with customers' IT teams on network and systems provisioning, firewall rules, DNS, NTP, SSO integrations, and SSL certificate requirements.
-
Validate system health and connectivity prior to handoff.
-
Remotely support field service engineers on site with technical guidance and escalation.

Administer remote access infrastructure including jump client services, RDP configuration, and display manager setup.
-
Maintain system configuration consistency across multiple customer sites including network storage, certificates, and package repositories.
-
Monitor system health using log analysis, process monitoring, disk usage tracking, and network interface statistics.
-
Perform file system management including network storage mounts, persistent mount configuration, and storage health monitoring.
-
Distributed Database Operations
