Role Description
TeamDynamix is searching for a mid-level DevOps Software Engineer (Remote) to join our Process Automation Team, where you will own the pipelines, Azure infrastructure, and release tooling that build, deploy, and operate our iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), CAI (Conversational Artificial Intelligence), and AI Agent products. This is a DevOps-first role.

Design and improve CI/CD pipelines.

Utilize C# skills to improve performance and remove release bottlenecks.

Build reliable, best-in-class platforms and software that solve customers' problems.
Responsibilities
-
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
-
Manage and execute deployments through Octopus Deploy.
-
Deploy and configure Azure components and keep environments consistent and documented.
-
Write and modify C# code to improve application performance.
-
Find and address performance issues across the application, database, and infrastructure.

Improve observability - logging, metrics, and alerting.
-
Debug production issues across multiple levels of the stack.
-
Perform thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues.

Work with engineering and product managers to understand roadmap priorities.
Qualifications

4-year degree in STEM, or equivalent experience.
-
3-6 years of related experience.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.

Experience deploying and configuring Azure components through the Azure Portal.

Experience managing application deployments with a release management tool such as Octopus Deploy.

Ability to work collaboratively and iteratively.

Experience developing with C# and working with SQL Server.

Strong problem-solving skills using a logical, analytical, and creative approach.
