[Hiring] DevOps Lead @Moladin

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic DevOps Lead to oversee our hybrid infrastructure spanning Cloud, On-Premise, and Bare-metal environments. In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to building, maintaining, and continuously improving our CI/CD pipelines, observability stack, and network architecture.

As a financial technology/multi-finance company, security and compliance are paramount. You will play a critical role in supporting our ISO 27001 certification efforts and ensuring our infrastructure meets stringent industry regulations. Additionally, you will drive FinOps initiatives to optimize infrastructure costs without sacrificing performance or reliability.

• Lead the provisioning, configuration, and management of GCP cloud servers (Compute Engine, GKE, etc.), alongside our physical On-Premise and Bare-metal servers.
• Manage existing CI/CD pipelines and strategically plan improvements to accelerate software delivery, automate testing, and ensure reliable deployments.
• Champion infrastructure security. Actively support and maintain ISO 27001 certification requirements. Ensure all server and network configurations comply with multi-finance industry regulations and audit standards.
• Lead server and cloud cost-reduction initiatives. Audit current resource utilization, implement rightsizing, and establish continuous cost-monitoring practices (FinOps) specifically within GCP and on-prem environments.
• Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of our monitoring and logging stack utilizing Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki. Ensure high availability and accurate alerting for all critical systems.
• Architect and maintain secure and efficient network topologies, specifically focusing on hybrid environments connecting GCP infrastructure with on-premise/bare-metal servers.
• Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, foster a culture of automation and reliability, and collaborate closely with the engineering team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or IT Infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven, hands-on experience managing both Cloud environments (GCP strongly preferred) and physical On-Premise/Bare-metal servers.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD principles and strong experience with automation tools (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Ability to design from scratch and optimize existing pipelines.
• Extensive experience setting up, scaling, and maintaining Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki for infrastructure and application monitoring.
• Solid understanding of ISO 27001 frameworks. Experience preparing infrastructure for security audits and implementing strict access controls and data protection measures.
• Demonstrated success in identifying infrastructure waste and implementing successful cost-reduction strategies across cloud and physical servers.
• Expert-level Linux/Unix administration skills.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Go) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
