[Hiring] DevOps Engineer/SRE Senior @Programmers

Role Description

At Programmers, we expect you to:

• Act on the construction and evolution of the engineering foundation that will support the modernization of a large ERP, focusing on automation, CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, publishing, and operation.
• Be a senior, hands-on professional with technical autonomy, an investigative profile, and a strong orientation towards automation and continuous improvement.
• Have an interest in understanding application behavior, work closely with development and architecture, and possess the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience with Cloud (Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Experience with Docker and infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Knowledge of .NET, IIS, Windows Server, and PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring and observability (logs, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerts).
• Experience in development, staging, and production environments.
• Knowledge in security, secret management, and credentials.
• Experience with deployment, rollback, and controlled publishing strategies.
• Good experience with troubleshooting applications, pipelines, and environments.

Requirements

• Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
• Azure Key Vault, Azure App Configuration, or similar tools.
• Redis/Valkey and RabbitMQ/Azure Service Bus.
• Kubernetes.
• Deployment strategies such as Blue/Green or Canary.
• Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud).
• SQL Server.
• Knowledge in consortium systems.
