Role Description
The ATLAAS Monitoring Platform is a monitoring system consisting of a monitoring application and a container-based cloud infrastructure. It currently runs on a private (DT internal) OpenStack infrastructure, supporting multiple environments (dev, test, prod) and clusters managed with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Optimizing architecture to achieve "Carrier Grade" availability, as well as improving lifecycle management, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Supporting developers in deploying and maintaining the application.
- Planning and implementing a full migration from IaaS to a managed CaaS infrastructure, including necessary toolset integration.
- Reviewing and adapting cloud infrastructure architecture based on functional, security, and privacy requirements.
- Developing cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes-related tools such as Docker, Rancher, Istio, Keycloak, Prometheus, and Ansible.
- Operating cloud infrastructure, prioritizing between development (dev), testing (test), and production (prod) environments while ensuring Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
- Applying Agile methodologies, including Scrum, microservice architectures, Git, and CI/CD, to support software development processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in Git, Docker, and container deployment pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Ansible
- Basic understanding of security principles
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
- Fluent English skills (both written and spoken)
