[Hiring] CloudOps Support Engineer @TalentOla

Role Description

As a CloudOps Support Engineer you'll support for AWS cloud infrastructure and platform services.

• Provide L2 and L3 support for AWS cloud infrastructure and platform services
• Support CloudOps activities during the 7 AM – 7 PM Central US time support window
• Act as a module-level technical owner for cloud environments, ensuring availability and reliability
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions
• Proactively identify and implement automation to reduce manual operational effort
• Design and implement QA and infrastructure validation automation, especially during lean periods
• Drive delivery value through ticket reduction, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with healthcare security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with application teams, security, QA, and onshore stakeholders
• Support cloud releases, environment provisioning, and post-deployment validations
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Healthcare Software IT, HIPAA, DevOps and SRE practices, CloudOps (AWS), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Monitoring, Security, Automation, and other Cloud Operations related technologies

• Shift: Anytime Between 7-7 CST (40 hrs a week)
