Source high-quality, relevant stock footage if needed, and creatively incorporate it to support the story.
-
Create immersive transitions and engaging visual moments that elevate the viewing experience.
-
Apply color correction to ensure consistency between stock footage and 3D segments.
-
Collaborate closely with Directors to align on narrative structure, tone, and creative vision.
-
Integrate motion design elements (provided and/or self-created depending on skill level).
-
Handle basic sound design, including audio cleanup, mixing, and balancing.
-
Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all videos.
-
Deliver high-quality edits within tight deadlines to support a consistent publishing schedule.
What You'll Be Working With
-
Pre-rendered 3D sequences, with clear direction on placement.

Curated voiceovers and narrative scripts.

Creative direction from the team, with room for your own input and ideas.
Qualifications

Proven experience editing YouTube content, ideally documentary-style or narrative-driven formats.
-
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention techniques.
-
Ability to source and curate high-quality stock footage that enhances storytelling.
-
Strong eye for visual cohesion, especially when blending different types of media (stock + 3D).
-
Experience with color correction and creating a consistent visual look.
-
Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and storytelling clarity.
-
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
-
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative teams.
-
Solid portfolio showcasing relevant YouTube or long-form work.
-
Comfortable creating or adapting motion graphics when needed (bonus, not required).
-
Bonus: Experience in sound design and audio post-production.
What Makes This Role Exciting

-
You'll be part of a fast-moving, creative, and supportive team.
-
You'll have autonomy and creative input in how stories are told.
