Role Description

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Website Designer & Builder – WordPress & Elementor Specialist to join our growing team at UENI. In this role, you'll design, build, and launch high-quality websites for small businesses using WordPress and Elementor Pro. You'll work with a modern tech stack that includes Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), WooCommerce, and LatePoint to create responsive, user-friendly, and conversion-focused websites tailored to each client's goals.

You'll collaborate closely with our internal teams to transform client requirements into polished digital experiences, ensuring every website meets our standards for design, functionality, performance, and usability.

Important: We're looking for candidates with proven, hands-on experience in WordPress and Elementor Pro. Experience with ACF, WooCommerce, and LatePoint is highly valued. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands responsive web design and UX best practices, and can deliver high-quality websites efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro (required)
• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), WooCommerce, and LatePoint
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, UX/UI principles, branding, and conversion-focused layouts
• Excellent design skills with a strong eye for branding consistency, typography, spacing, color, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience
• Experience configuring WordPress themes, plugins, dynamic content, and custom layouts
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (basic PHP or JavaScript is a plus)
• Familiarity with website performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and basic SEO best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Professional English proficiency (C1/C2 or Advanced)

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience building websites with WordPress and Elementor Pro
• Portfolio showcasing responsive WordPress/Elementor websites (commercial or personal projects)
• Experience working with small business websites and/or eCommerce projects is a plus
• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and LatePoint or similar is highly preferred
