[Hiring] Web Designer @Hostinger

Role Description

Join the team building an AI-first company. Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next. AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas. If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.

Your role at Hostinger:

• As a Web Designer, you'll own the end-to-end experience of our web pages and purchase flows.
• Design experiences that help people discover products, understand what we offer, and move from curiosity to conversion.
• Mix storytelling with real commercial impact, where small design decisions move real numbers.
• Design experiences influenced by AI, from faster experimentation to smarter personalisation.

Your day-to-day:

• Own the design of website and landing page experiences seen by millions of visitors.
• Craft conversion-focused flows that feel clear and trustworthy.
• Work closely with marketers, PMs, and engineers in a cross-functional team, from concepts through to shipped pages.
• Use AI tools to move faster: prototype more ideas, test more hypotheses, and generate variants at scale.
• Iterate based on data: monitor performance after launch, run A/B tests, and keep improving.
• Run and synthesise user research and usability testing to understand visitor hesitations.
• Be autonomous and take initiative: pitch your ideas, improve processes, and innovate on brand display.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Generalist mindset: comfortable with research, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Ability to collaborate with specialists like copywriters, graphic designers, product designers, developers, QA specialists, etc.
• Use of AI tools in daily workflow for exploration, generating variants, or synthesising research.
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics for prototyping and collaboration with engineers.
• Strong communication skills: able to present decisions, take feedback, and push back when needed.
• Familiarity with analytics and testing tools (Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar).
• A portfolio showing real work: process, thinking, and outcomes, not just polished screens.

Benefits

• 🚀 360 Growth: limitless learning opportunities, access to platforms like Reforge and CoachHub, global conferences, feedback culture, digital libraries, and industry-leading subscriptions.
• 🎯 Freedom & responsibility: work on your terms, with a home office budget and flexible schedule.
• 💪 Wellness simplified: company-provided sick days, 20 paid suspension days, Headspace subscriptions, and recharge leave.
• 🎉 Work hard - play hard: company events like Town Hall, Meet the Client initiatives, team-building experiences, and milestone gifts for weddings, new parenthood, and graduations.

Compensation

Compensation starting from €3,500 per month, depending on your experience and skills. We’re always looking for experienced talent to raise the bar. If you’re excited about the role but the listed salary range doesn’t align with your expectations, we still encourage you to apply - we’re open to adjusting compensation based on the impact and value you bring.
