Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative 3D & Concept Web Content | Production Artist with a strong social-first mindset to support global marketing and social initiatives. This role combines visual storytelling, concept development, and 3D artistry to create engaging content that resonates with audiences across social media, marketing campaigns, paid media, franchise initiatives, and community activations.

This is not a traditional production-focused video editing role. The ideal candidate understands how brands show up in social conversations and can transform strategic ideas into compelling visual experiences that drive engagement, sharing, and audience connection.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Social, and Production teams to bring concepts to life through high-quality artwork, visual explorations, campaign mockups, key visuals, and presentation-ready creative assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Digital Media, Game Art, Marketing Design, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience and an exceptional portfolio will also be considered.
• Professional experience in 3D art, concept art, visual development, entertainment art, gaming, marketing design, or related creative disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience taking projects from concept through final execution.
• Experience creating content for marketing, social media, brand campaigns, entertainment, gaming, or community-focused initiatives.
• Experience working within fast-paced creative environments with rapid feedback and iteration cycles.
• Experience with, or a strong understanding of, the franchised gaming is highly preferred.
• Experience utilizing AI-enhanced creative workflows is a plus.
