Role Description

Yimbly is looking for a creative, data-driven Ecommerce Visual Merchandiser to act as our digital window dresser. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for transforming our traffic into transactions. You will act as the Brand Guardian for Yimbly.com, ensuring that every touchpoint from the homepage to bespoke seller pages is aesthetically stunning, on-brand, and optimised to maximise revenue.

• Directly accountable for improving conversion rates, revenue per session, and product discoverability.
• Translate marketing campaigns into high converting digital storefronts to ensure the site remains fresh, relevant, and visually compelling.
• Manage the visual hierarchy of the site and oversee automated sequencing for high margin products.
• Manually curate collections for major seasonal events.
• Lead onsite testing strategy by partnering with the Data Executive to analyse heatmaps, click-through rates, and A/B test results.
• Continuously iterate on layouts and product filters to create a seamless, intuitive, and frictionless experience for customers.
• Collaborate directly with marketplace sellers to build immersive brand environments, ensuring their identity is highlighted while remaining true to Yimbly’s standards.

Qualifications

• Expert in e-commerce merchandising tools (such as Shopify or Klevu).
• Proficient in platforms like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and GrowthBook to drive design decisions.
• Proven track record in retail visual merchandising.
• Deep understanding of brand management.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proactive problem solver with imagination to build brand stories.
• Determination to relentlessly test and iterate for the best performance.
• Experience in high-traffic, media-led retail environments is a significant advantage.
