In this outstanding role, you will be responsible for the design and development of Virtual Prototype models and platforms for Apple RF embedded systems.

• Craft Virtual Prototype models and platforms for RF-embedded systems.
• Target platforms for pre-silicon Firmware and software development and system verification before silicon availability.
• Identify modeling requirements with key stakeholders, including system engineering and FW/SW development teams.
• Focus on model optimization in terms of performance and memory footprint.
• Support FW/SW teams across different locations during FW/SW bring-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or Communication Engineering with some years of working experience, or a PhD in a relevant field of research with excellent results.
• Proven experience in C/C++ programming.
• Experience in object-oriented programming concepts.
• Prior experience in SystemC programming, transaction-level modeling (TLM), and general simulator concepts is desirable.
• Hands-on experience in the cellular modem and digital signal processing areas is an advantage.
• Proficient English language skills are required for this position.
