[Hiring] Videographer @Varsity Brands

Role Description

One Beat, a Varsity Achievement Brand, is looking to hire a Videographer. Videographers are responsible for capturing our events through the camera lenses. Responsibilities include:

• Set-up of video equipment.
• Record videos of every dance.
• Operate an ATEM Television Studio Switcher.
• Set up and manage our Livestream of each event.
• Breakdown of video equipment after the event has concluded.
• Have basic knowledge and understanding of shot & framing composition, color balancing, recording audio to display, and capturing a visually pleasing video.
• Be able to handle the fast-paced environment and ensure that all recordings and livestream are executed on schedule.
• Attend mandatory training sessions.
• Comply with all policies and procedures listed in your employee handbook.
• Adhere to all other duties assigned by event director or designee.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work long event days (8–16 hours).
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. (event equipment, merchandise bins, staging materials).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in loud, dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to shifting event needs.
• HS Diploma or GED (required).
• Previous event dance industry experience preferred but not required.
