Role Description

As a Video Production Specialist, you'll transform complex digital concepts into engaging visual experiences that inform, inspire, and drive action. Collaborate with global teams, influence learning at scale, and take your creative career to the next level without leaving the country.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in video production and multimedia content creation.
• Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Create high-quality multimedia content and graphic design assets that align with brand standards.
• Apply a strong understanding of visual storytelling, audience engagement, and content effectiveness.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Utilize excellent written communication skills to support content development and collaboration.
• Operate proficiently within the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Utilize working knowledge of Lightroom, After Effects, and TechSmith Camtasia as preferred.
• Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines and production schedules.
• Adapt effectively to changing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Follow established organizational policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
• Comply with workplace health, safety, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Create and develop informative, simple, and visually engaging multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines across social media, communications, digital marketing, engagement initiatives, and website channels.
• Produce creative briefs, storyboards, and production plans based on project requirements.
• Select the most appropriate media formats and production approaches for each project.
• Manage end-to-end video production activities from concept development to final delivery.
• Conduct video shoots and recordings.
• Direct on-screen talent and contributors as required.
• Edit video content and complete post-production activities.
• Prepare and deliver final video assets for publication.
• Publish video content across designated platforms and channels.
• Maintain video quality standards, brand compliance, and production consistency.
• Meet agreed delivery timelines and production targets.
