Role Description

The UX/UI Designer is a senior-level role responsible for the usability and adoption of AI and Data solutions. This role is for a creative and user‑centric person who is responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for shaping end‑to‑end digital experiences through a combination of user-centered research, interaction design, and visual interface design. This role requires the ability to translate complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital solutions for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
This role works with stakeholders across the organization and member users to understand requirements and define the scope of use cases and collaborates with cross‑functional teams—including AI Solution and Data Products architects, advanced analytics, member experience, and marketing to translate use cases, requirements, and user insights into effective design solutions.
Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in user research and user interface design.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and interaction design.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes (low and high fidelity).

Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, layout, and color theory.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
-
Experience training/presenting to end users & stakeholders.

Experience as an Agile Scrum team contributor/strong working knowledge of agile methodologies.

Experience working in complex ecosystems (enterprise software, AI/ML tools, healthcare, finance, e-commerce, etc.).

Knowledge of service design methods and holistic experience design.

Experience with prototyping tools such as Principle, ProtoPie, Framer, or After Effects for motion design.

Experience designing with data, dashboards, visualizations, or analytics-heavy interfaces.

Understanding of product strategy, KPI frameworks, and experiment-driven design.
Requirements

Auto Insurance industry experience a plus.

Experience working in Agile or cross‑functional product teams.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS fundamentals.

Experience designing for enterprise, SaaS, or mobile-first products.

Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.

Working knowledge of agile team tools (Jira, Confluence).

Experience using UI design tools, such as Figma, Axure, etc.

Experience conducting Customer Journey Mapping sessions.

Experience translating improvement opportunities into actionable items.

Seasoned use of MS tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated professionalism, and the ability to listen and collaborate with others.

Exceptionally strong communication skills (video conference engagement, verbal, written).

Ability to communicate complex data concepts effectively at all levels.
