Role Description

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces and frontend components for our projects.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final implementation, for our digital products.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate user needs.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in the Web3 industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
  • Proven experience leading design projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Framer.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics, typography, and composition.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.
  • Good understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data to inform design decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
