Role Description

You’ll join our cross-functional product team and work on end-to-end journeys for mobile and web banking – from concept to execution. Our current focus includes direct banking. Expect diversity, ownership, and purpose in every sprint.
- Designing intuitive mobile (and web) screens for complex financial flows (credit card, payments, onboarding, etc.)
- Co-leading redesigns and rebranding efforts across multiple digital touchpoints
- Building consistent customer experience across various journeys and products
- Synthesizing user needs, business goals and tech feasibility into a coherent UX
- Contributing to value proposition development through design
- Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Testers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing financial services (banking, fintech, etc.)
- Confidence in designing for native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web
- Ability to operate within design systems and evolve them when needed
- Capability to run multiple projects at once while maintaining customer experience coherence
- Thinking in user flows and touch points, not just screens
- Understanding that design adds value for both users and the business
- Thriving in teamwork, sharing feedback, and contributing to a culture of design maturity
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs
- High integrity, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset
