Role Description
A Caixa Mágica Software é uma empresa portuguesa líder nos segmentos do mercado Open Source em Portugal. Fornecemos vários serviços, desde consultoria de negócios especializada, desenvolvimento de projetos de software e pesquisa e inovação.
- +3 years of experience in UX/UI design

Expertise in the end-to-end UX/UI design process, including:
- User research
- Wireframing
- Prototyping
- Usability testing
- Iterative design improvements
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Design and develop communication and marketing materials in different formats, including:
- Social media posts
- Print materials
-
Experience in web and mobile interface design with a focus on:
- Responsive design principles
- Accessibility standards
- Cross-platform compatibility
- Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder and client dynamics, while maintaining a balance between a solutions-oriented and a user-oriented mindset
- Visual and structural optimization of applications, software, digital products and websites
- Use skills and experience to improve the user process and satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and team environment
- Dynamism and proactivity
