Role Description

We are seeking an engaging, hands-on UX Designer with a proven track record of transforming visions and strategies into actionable design, development, and deployment initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who blends user-centered design, front-end development, and data-driven research to craft unique experiences that enhance both internal and external user engagement and satisfaction. You will operate in a dynamic, collaborative environment, aligning design decisions with business objectives while driving innovation and excellence.

• Design end-to-end user experiences - from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, and final UI - grounded in user-centered thinking and human-computer interaction (HCI) best practices.
• Conduct user experience research - interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and synthesis - and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
• Build interactive, accessible prototypes and contribute to front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bring designs to life.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to align design with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Leverage data-driven insights (analytics, A/B testing, user feedback) to refine and optimize experiences.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and advocate for user empathy across teams.
• Support product ownership activities - requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria - in Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Optimize business processes through service design and workflow improvements.
• Present design rationale, prototypes, and research findings to stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with UI/UX designers, engineers, and architects on solution design and deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX design, web design, interactive design, or a related field, ideally with Fortune 500 or enterprise experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work (research → design → prototype → deployment).
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Human-computer interaction (HCI) knowledge and user-centered design practices.
• UX research experience - interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, synthesis.
• Data-driven mindset - experience with analytics, A/B testing, and translating data into design decisions.
• Agile/Scrum experience; ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and work in sprints.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate as a hands-on technical leader and technical product owner.
