[Hiring] UX Architect / Digital Product Designer @WorkNomads

Role Description

WorkNomads is on the hunt for a UX Architect / Digital Product Designer to join our team!

• Define, establish and evolve UX strategy and long-term product experience vision
• Develop strong digital concepts rooted in UX, UI, and brand thinking
• Translate brand strategy, identity, and visual systems into distinctive digital experiences across product, web, and other interactive touchpoints
• Design from early concepts and prototypes through to final UI and interaction details
• Integrate UX, UI, accessibility, and content into cohesive, exceptional product experiences
• Translate user insights into structured product requirements and tangible design outcomes
• Collaborate closely with strategists, writers, designers, engineering, and marketing to move work forward
• Work with project managers on product roadmaps and delivery, driving user research and insights
• Design and map user journeys and retention flows
• Develop wireframes and scalable UI systems through to detailed design execution
• Keep a pulse on emerging trends and reports relevant across diverse clients and industries

Qualifications

• Self-starter mentality, proactive, autonomous, and strong in time and priority management
• Adaptable with the ability to get comfortable in rapid product development
• Ability to balance inspiring big-picture concepts and strong down-to-the-details execution
• Comfortable speaking business and creative languages
• Curious, vocal, and strong interpersonal skills within cross-functional teams
• Observant, empathetic, yet systematic in understanding user insight
• Strong understanding of branding and creative projects; experience with brand design, graphics, and typography
• Design with intention, empathy, and systematic thinking to user insight
• Passion and flair for design
• Positive, willing to learn, and open to feedback
• Passion for continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting
• Team player mentality; believe no one should be left behind regardless of background
