Role Description
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences for our digital products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs.
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Organize and structure content to create clear, intuitive navigation and layouts.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and visual designers to align designs with product requirements and technical feasibility.
- Test and iterate designs based on user feedback to enhance usability and functionality.
- Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system, ensuring cohesive user experiences across platforms.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards to create inclusive experiences for all users.
- Leverage user analytics and performance data to inform design decisions and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX design for web and mobile applications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills.
