Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing complex systems like CRM/ERP/SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem-solving, experienced in handling large-scale design projects, and adept at working both independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Implement design feedback from Figma comments and update existing layouts to simplify platform complexity.
- Collaborate with project manager, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff.
- Contribute to the design and development of new modules including equipment tracking, work order, and service order systems.
- Create intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and interfaces that effectively organize complex data with advanced reporting and filtering capabilities.
- Leverage UX research and surveys to determine essential features versus optional enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex design challenges independently while maintaining design quality and consistency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in designing complex systems (CRM/ERP/SaaS) with a portfolio of relevant projects.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven experience working independently on large projects and within team settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex design issues.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members and stakeholders.
