[Hiring] UI Developer @Version 1

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced UI Developer with strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML and CSS to design and build modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to translate requirements and designs into scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly interfaces. The role requires a solid understanding of frontend architecture, best practices, and performance optimization, with a strong focus on clean code, reusability, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI & Frontend Development

Requirements

• Design and develop responsive, user-centric web interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mock-ups into high-quality code
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components and libraries
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent UI behavior
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness
• Ensure high standards of code quality, readability, and maintainability
• Implement best practices for accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design
• Identify and fix UI bugs and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate REST APIs
• Work closely with UX designers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experience
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies
• Follow modern frontend development best practices and frameworks
• Contribute to UI standards, guidelines, and frontend architecture decisions
• Support and mentor junior developers when required
• Stay current with the latest UI, React, and frontend technology trends
