[Hiring] Trainee-Junior Motion Designer @appflame

Role Description

You will join an AI utility product with a global user base, built inside our R&D team. The product is growing fast, and we're looking to strengthen our motion design team!

• Create short-form video ads for performance marketing campaigns based on briefs, references, and creative concepts.
• Create animations using typography, UI elements, graphics, product assets, and other visual materials.
• Adapt and iterate creatives for different concepts, formats, audiences, and placements.
• Independently handle standard creative production tasks.
• Work closely with Creative Marketing Managers and other Motion Designers.
• Implement feedback and continuously improve the quality and speed of your work.
• Analyze references and advertising trends to develop your visual and creative skills.
• Participate in creative discussions and gradually contribute your own ideas.

Qualifications

• 6–18 months of commercial experience as a Motion Designer, with a solid portfolio.
• Confidence working in Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of composition, typography, color, and animation principles.
• Able to work with briefs and references.
• Attentive to detail and open to feedback.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative production environment.
• Motivated to grow professionally and take on more responsibility over time.
