Role Description
Weβre looking for a Supervisor, Product Photography to own the challenge of ensuring thousands of restaurant partners are represented with accurate, appetizing, and consistent imagery. This person will lead a small team of Photo Curation Specialists, oversee our national freelance photographer network, and be a central voice in how we define and measure photo quality as our menu tooling evolves.
What You'll Do:

Own the quality standard.

Develop and maintain photo quality frameworks, style guides, and acceptance criteria across in-house, freelance, and partner-submitted content.

Manage our freelance network.

Manage and develop a team of Photo Curation Specialists responsible for reviewing, processing, and maintaining photo content across the network.

Evolve how we operate by partnering with Product and Engineering to drive the transition to self-service tools and integrations.

Own our photo metrics by tracking photo coverage metrics across the partner network.

Diagnose and fix process gaps to ensure photos flow correctly across our systems.

Communicate the value of strong photo coverage to restaurant partners and critical cross-functional collaborators.

Represent the discipline cross-functionally, advocating for what the work requires.
Qualifications

Photography is your foundation with 2+ years of food or product photography experience.

Youβve led people with 1-3 years of experience in team leadership.

Data informs your decisions; comfortable in Sigma, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.

You know (and act) when something isnβt working and can propose better solutions.

You know your tools; proficient in Salesforce, Monday.com, Slack, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

You manage projects well, tracking what matters and building relationships for collaboration.

You communicate with clarity, synthesizing data into a point of view and giving hard feedback well.

Ability to travel up to 25% for Together Weeks, team gatherings, photoshoots, and other events, when applicable.
Requirements

2+ years of food or product photography experience.

1-3 years of team leadership experience.

Proficiency in data analysis tools like Sigma or Tableau.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Monday.com, Slack, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

Ability to travel up to 25%.
