Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact video advertising for critical campaigns.

Build and operate a systematic pipeline that balances the craft of video with the science of metrics.

Ensure every asset is meticulously crafted to drive conversion and scale our global presence.

Qualifications

Deep experience in motion design and/or video production with a strong portfolio of high-performing video and motion assets.

Automate-first mindset; ability to create tools that save time.

Demonstrated ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable creative changes.

Experience managing production schedules, large campaigns, and video projects from start to finish.

Proven ownership over major components of a design or creative production process.

Deep expertise in adapting existing assets for multiple channels.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience partnering with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams.

Adept at using AI in video production context.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Requirements

Own end-to-end design and execution of critical video advertising assets.

Ensure adherence to defined video guidelines and toolkits for global creative consistency.

Contribute to production goals, driving execution of high-impact motion assets.

Own the execution of the experimentation roadmap for motion formats and design trends.

Lead day-to-day planning, organization, and project oversight for production schedules.

Act as the primary executor and owner for performance video assets.

Partner with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams as the motion design specialist.

Mentor others on motion design, visual storytelling, and brand integrity.

Leverage performance data and A/B testing insights to refine and iterate on creative concepts.
