Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact video advertising for critical campaigns.

Build and operate a systematic pipeline balancing the craft of video with the science of metrics.

Qualifications

Deep experience in motion design and/or video production with a strong portfolio of high-performing video and motion assets.

Automate-first mindset, capable of creating tools to save time.

Ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable creative changes.

Experience managing production schedules, large campaigns, and video projects from start to finish.

Proven ownership over major components of a design or creative production process.

Deep expertise in adapting existing assets for multiple channels.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams.

Adept at using AI in video production context.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
